How it all began: 
 
The tradition of Mama Jeans began in the late 1800's in Bari, Italy. With the freshest naturally grown ingredients, and the flavor of the old country, the pasta recipe traveled across the Atlantic to Ellis Island New York. Once Little Grandma got settled in New Jersey she spent the next sixty years making the finest Spaghetti sauce with the freshest ingredients for her family. Little Grandma passed the recipe down to her son,Guyatano, who used it in the finest Italian restaurants in New York city. Now four generations later Mama Jean brings this pasta sauce from the old country and makes it available to you. Your family and friends will think that you have spent hours slaving over a hot stove cooking.
